Solicitation Name: Minor HVAC Equipment Full Maintenance Service for St. Johns River State College

Description: St. Johns River State College serves students in Putnam, St. Johns and Clay counties. SJR State is soliciting sealed bids for the purpose of providing FULL maintenance HVAC services on college wide ‘Minor HVAC Equipment’ as identified in Appendix 1. The contract for this ITB will be awarded to the vendor who best meets the need of the college.

PRE-BID MEETING
The college will conduct a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. The meeting will begin at 9:00am EST. The meeting will be held in the board room on the Palatka Campus, 5001 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka Florida, 32177, Building A, Room A0154.

Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is a mandatory requirement to be considered a ‘Responsive Bidder’.

The meeting is open to the public, bidders are welcome to attend but will not have the opportunity to speak.
