Description: SJR State issuing the RFP to identify a qualified contractor who can provide the College the best combination of professional concessionaire services and overall best total value of the Thrasher-Horne Center at the Orange Park Campus.

PRE-BID MEETING
The college will conduct a pre-bid meeting on July 25, 2016. The meeting will be held from 1:30pm – 3:00pm. The meeting will be held on our Orange Park Campus, 283 College Road, Orange Park Florida, 32065, Building V, Room V120.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is a mandatory requirement to be considered a ‘Responsive Bidder’.

EVALUATION COMMITTEE REVIEW OF RESPONSIVE PROPOSALS/SHORT-LIST
The college will conduct an evaluation committee meeting on August 12, 2016, the purpose of this meeting is to create a ‘short – list’ of proposers which will be invited to participate in the interview and or demonstration process. The meeting will be held beginning at 10:00 AM EST. The meeting will be held on our Orange Park Campus, 283 College Road, Orange Park Florida, 32065, Building V, Room V120. The Evaluation Committee Meeting is open to the public, bidders are welcome to attend but will not have the opportunity to speak.

INTERVIEWS/DEMONSTRATIONS
The college will conduct vendor interviews and or demonstrations on August 15, 2016. The meeting will be held from 9:00pm – 4:00pm. The meeting will be held on our Orange Park Campus, 283 College Road, Orange Park Florida, 32065, Building V, Room V120. These meetings are open to the public, only scheduled bidder are permitted to speak during their allotted time. A schedule will be posted on the bid web page following the Evaluation Committee shortlisting of vendors meeting held on August 12, 2016.

EVALUATION COMMITTEE FINAL REVIEW
The college will conduct a final evaluation committee meeting in an effort to select the vendor in which the committee intents to award the contract to on August 16, 2016. The meeting will begin at 1:00pm. The meeting will be held on our Orange Park Campus, 283 College Road, Orange Park Florida, 32065, Building V, Room V120. The Meeting is open to the public, bidders are welcome to attend but will not have the opportunity to speak.
