Bookstore Refund Policy

The Bookstore issues refunds for textbooks provided they meet the re-quirements listed below.

Refund Requirements
A receipt is required for all refunds. All refunds or exchanges are based on the salable condition of the book. Books must be in the same condition as purchased. Bookstore management reserves the right to determine the value of returned items based on salability and condition. To acquire a 100% refund for the books purchased with shrink-wrap, the books must be returned as sold without the shrink-wrap opened. Full refunds cannot be given if the student has written their name or any other words in or on the book. At any time, a used book may be returned for a new book when the customer is willing to pay the difference in price. Also, defective books may be exchanged for a non-defective book.
