  What is important to me?

Values indicate what is most important in your life. They are deeply held commitments that influence your thinking when you are faced with choices. Values are often referred to as “the emotional salary of work” because when your work is consistent with your values you are likely to look forward to doing it and have a sense of fulfillment.
  1. Complete the My Work Values Inventory to discover the values most important to your career decisions.

  2. When you complete the assessment, record your values on your career planning worksheet.

  3. Return to this page to go to the next assessment.
