  What are my strengths?

Assessing strengths involves taking a good look what you already know how to do well and also areas in which you would really like become skilled. However, knowing that you are really good at doing something is only part of the equation. The other part is recognizing which skills you like to use daily. For example, you may be very good at written communication but can you see yourself being responsible for writing as part of your daily work?
  1. Complete the Assessing Skills Inventory to discover your existing and desired skill-sets.

  2. When you complete the assessment, record your strongest skills on your career planning worksheet.
