LINCCWeb's My Account feature lets you see what items you currently have checked out, renew items online and view your outstanding fees, fines and requests. To check your account:
- If you are not already logged in to My SJRstate, do so.
- Access My Account. Make sure you've allowed pop-ups for this site or turn off your pop-up blocker.
- Use the tabs at the top of the screen to navigate:
Click PIN to change your library PIN number. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU LOGGED ON USING YOUR BARCODE NUMBER. Do not change your PIN here if you logged on in My SJRstate. Once you change your library PIN, the Library will not know your PIN number. If you forget your new PIN, call your campus Library to have it reset.
Click Loans to see what items you have checked out or to renew an item. Renewals must be made before the item is overdue. To renew an item click the title.
Click Holds to check the status of items requested from other SJR State Libraries. Requests from other college libraries will not appear here.
Click ILL to view the status of an item you requested via LINCC from another community/state college. If you requested the item from a non-LINCC library, your request won't appear here. If you have questions about the status of an ILL request, contact your local campus library.
