Woman’s Exchange Offers Scholarships For Women Returning to the Workforce

Women preparing to reenter the workforce take note: The Woman’s Exchange of St. Augustine offers scholarships to help defray the cost of college tuition.

The mission of The Exchange is to help women enhance their economic stability. One way it does so is by offering scholarships to help women who are furthering their education at St. Johns River State College.

Working through and with St. Johns River State College’s Foundation, the Exchange’s Scholarship Committee receives all applications from the college, makes the selection of the recipients and presents them to its Executive Board for approval. The college processes all applications based on established criteria, which areavailable directly through the college.

Deadline for applying for The Woman’s Exchange scholarships is April 1, 2015.

For scholarship applications to be considered complete, the applicant’s autobiography and two letters of recommendation must be uploaded with the application or received by the Foundation prior to the deadline.
