Re-fit is a complete fitness training system for body development and conditioning. With inspiring music and easy-to-learn movements, the high-energy program focuses on a safe space which encourages participants of all shapes and sizes to work out to their own potential.  Classes will be held from 5:35 – 6:35 p.m. on Wednesdays, from May 20 through August 5.

Registration for each of these courses is $40 for the general public.  SJR State employees may sign up for one of the courses at no charge under the College’s wellness program.
