SJR State offers non-credit summer courses - St. Augustine Campus

St. Johns River State College will offer a variety of non-credit leisure and professional development courses on its St. Augustine campus this summer.  These classes reach beyond the traditional offerings of the college and have no prerequisites.  Continuing and community education classes cannot be used to satisfy the requirements of a degree or certificate program.

The following non-credit courses will be offered on the St. Augustine campus:

Basic Life Support General Requirement – Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.; offered on 4/30/16, 6/11/16, 7/9/16 and 8/6/16
Intermediate Microsoft Word 2013 – Saturdays, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.; 7/9 – 7/30/16
Introduction to MS Office:  Word, Excel and PowerPoint – Saturdays, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.; 6/4 – 6/25/16

Registration fees vary for each course, and students may register for one or several courses.  The location of Basic Life Support classes is subject to change.  A minimum of four students is required for each class, so students are encouraged to sign up with a friend.  Additional dates can be arranged to accommodate a group wishing to take a class.
