After spending many years working in another industry, Dennis Robison transitioned to the health care field. He is a graduate of SJR State’s Health Information Technology (HIT) program and recently completed the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) exam to become a certified Registered Health Information Technician.
“I couldn't be more pleased with SJR State's HIT program and instructors,” says Dennis. “They are dedicated and supportive of helping students graduate along with assisting students into the Health Information Management field.”
Dennis is employed as a coder for the Baptist Health System and is continuing his education at SJR State, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Healthcare Administration.
