It is the intent of St. Johns River State College to comply with the Florida Sexual Predator and Sexual Offender Registration & Notification Law and the Federal Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act.

Toward that goal, St. Johns River State College has established an avenue for students, faculty or the general public to determine if any registered sexual offender or sexual predator is currently enrolled at any SJR State campus. All inquiries should be directed to SJR State Public Safety by calling 386-312-4095. E-mail inquiries may be sent to Brian Keith, Director of Public Safety.

Information concerning all registered sexual offenders and sexual predators in the State of Florida can be accessed through www.fdle.state.fl.us or telephone number 1-888-FLPredator (357-7332).

In compliance with Senate Bill 524, entitled Protecting Our Children and Adults from Sexual Predators Act, SJR State provides access to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement sexual offender and predator registry.
A list of sexual offenders and predators registered as enrolled, employed, or volunteering at the St. Johns River State College may be accessed through the Florida Sexual Offender Registry online (offered by the FDLE). Once on this page select "Saint Johns River State College" from the drop down menu, the campus and click "search."
