SJR STATE'S EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM

The mission of SJR State’s Wellness Program is to promote an environment that focuses on improving quality of life; and, enhances overall health for employees by fostering interest in and encouraging employees to create or expand healthy lifestyles through physical exercise, education, health and fitness awareness, and recreational activities. The Program is a resource for employees in achieving healthier lifestyles.

Tobacco Free - As part of the College's Workplace Wellness Program, and in keeping with our commitment to provide a healthy and safe College environment, SJR State became tobacco free on January 1, 2015, after Board approval.
