The Department of Workforce Services is available to support you:

Request a classroom presentation - Professional staff may visit your class to share information about:
  • Associate in science degree and certificate programs at St. Johns River State College.
  • Limited Access program preparation
  • Career services to include available assessments, occupational exploration, employability skills and job search preparation.
  • How to use the College Central Network centralized on-line job board
  • Upcoming event announcements such as information and career fairs, limited access program information session and advising schedules
  • And more ... let us know!

Use our resources to support your instruction: Career Services Faculty

Refer Workforce Students at risk - Call or send us and email if you would like our assistance. We work collaboratively with the Academic Advising Office. You may also provide our contact information to your students. Interventions may include personal guidance, program planning and time management, navigating college processes including: change of program, appeals, course substitution requests, study/test taking assistance, career assessments, and referral to other campus and community based resources.

Refer organizations to us - Employers and Service Organizations may contact you to communicate their opportunities to our students. Employment, internship and volunteer positions may be posted on-line in our career services system and shared with students at events scheduled throughout the year.
