FloArts Summer Workshops - Musical Theater

June 1-4, 2026
Monday - Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

musical theater - sing, move, create, workshops

The Florida School of the Arts Musical Theater Summer Intensive will offer a fast-paced, high-energy environment designed for passionate high school performers who want to level up their skills. This workshop is scheduled June 1-4, 2026 at the St. Johns River State College Workforce Training Center in Palatka.

Students train daily in acting, voice, dance, stage movement and performance skills in a supportive, professional atmosphere that mirrors real-world musical theater training. This is not a sit-back-and-watch program. Participants jump in, collaborate, challenge themselves and grow fast.

Along the way, students meet new friends, work with experienced faculty and discover new strengths. Whether preparing for auditions, college programs or simply looking to grow as a performer, this intensive pushes participants forward while keeping creativity, collaboration and fun at the center of the experience.
