How to Use Calendar Filters

Use the calendar filters to quickly show events by category, group or location. The calendar updates to display only the events that match your selections.

On Desktop

• Find the filters: Locate the category list or filter menu near the calendar.
• Show a category: Click a category icon or name to display matching events.
• Change the view: Select or deselect categories to adjust which events are shown.
• Reset the calendar: Select the category again or clear your filters to return to the full calendar.

On Mobile

• Open the filters: Tap the filter or category icon.
• Select categories: Choose the categories, groups or locations you want to see.
• Apply your selections: Tap Apply to update the calendar.

Events are color-coded to help identify categories at a glance.
