Lady Vikings clinch conference championship – STATE CHAMPS AGAIN!

For a second year in a row, the St. Johns River State College Vikings are the NJCAA Region 8 District II softball state champs! The Vikings won the title Saturday against Lake-Sumter State College 8-0.

The Vikings will host the NJCAA DII South District Championship at home on the SJR State Palatka Campus May 9 & 10 for a chance to defend their national title in the World Series.

FCSAA Division II Softball tournament most outstanding player is Bailey LeGere.

FCSAA Division II Softball tournament most outstanding pitcher is Alexa Michon.

The most outstanding coach is SJR State Coach Joe Pound.
