STATE EMPLOYEES TUITION WAIVER
The Business Office is administratively handling the processing of applications for students wanting to utilize the State Employee Tuition Waiver program.
The State Employee Tuition Waiver Application form must be signed by the student's supervisor verifying State Employee status of the student, and then be submitted to the Office of Student Financial Aid.
The deadline for submission of completed, approved waiver forms is one week prior to the first day of classes each semester; however, all admissions and testing requirements must also be completed in time to allow you to register.
Students wanting to utilize the State Employee Tuition Waiver program will be allowed to register the last day of the regular registration period prior to the first day of classes.
The waiver will only apply to the tuition and fees (cost per credit hour) and late fees for a maximum of six credit hours.
Students wanting to utilize the State Employee Tuition Waiver program must complete a State Employee Tuition Waiver Application form in addition to the standard SJR State application form.
State Employee Tuition Waiver Application forms are available in the Business Office and the Office of Student Financial Aid.
