SJR State District Board of Trustees meeting Dec. 3
PALATKA, FL (Nov. 12, 2025) – The St. Johns River State College District Board of Trustees will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the St. Johns River State College Board Room, 5001 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka, Florida.
The District Board of Trustees of St. Johns River State College will hold a public hearing for the purpose of final consideration and adoption of amendments and repeal to the following Board Rules.
1. AMENDMENT TO SJR BOARD RULE 2.11 – PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
2. REPEAL OF SJR BOARD RULE 4.31 – MINORITY BUSINESS CONTRACT POLICY
3. AMENDMENT TO SJR BOARD RULE 7.23 – TRANSFERRING CREDITS TO ST. JOHNS RIVER STATE COLLEGE
Copies of the proposed rules are available for public review in the office of the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources at St. Johns River State College, 5001 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka, Florida during regular business hours. Any person wishing to address the board regarding these proposed actions may do so at the meeting.
Additional agenda items may include, but are not limited to, business affairs, personnel matters, facilities items, academic, and student affairs. Anyone appealing a decision will need a record of the proceedings and should arrange for a transcript per FS 286.0105. Agenda available will be available on the SJR State website seven days prior to the meeting.
