PALATKA, FL (October 8, 2026) – Notice is hereby given that the District Board of Trustees of St. Johns River State College will consider and vote upon proposed new Board rules and amendments to its existing Board rules on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., St. Johns River State College, Palatka Campus, 5001 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177, Board Room, A-134.

New Rule 3.40: Active Assailant Response Plan
New Rule 3.41: Family Reunification Plan
New Rule 3.42: Postsecondary Threat Management Protocol
New Rule 3.43: Artificial Intelligence Use and Limitations
New Rule: 4.43: Application Fee Waivers
New Rule: 6.37: Student Mental Health and Behavioral Health Supports

Amendment to Rule 7.11 (R2): Adult Education Policy
Amendment to Rule 7.12: Minimum Requirements for Admission to College Credit Programs
Amendment to Rule 7.24 (R1): Minimum Requirements for Admission to Non-College Credit Programs
