    Step 2 When can I register?

    May 4 registration open for:

    • AA, AS degree-seeking with 45 or more earned credit hours
    • Bachelor-seeking
    • EPI Certificate-seeking
    • Vocational seeking certificates such as Criminal Justice
    • Students with accommodations
    • US Veterans
    • Students in on campus housing

    May 7 registration open for:

    • AA, AS degree-seeking with 20 to 44.9 earned credit hours
    • And all above

    May 14 registration open for:

    • AA, AS degree-seeking with 0 to 19.9 earned credit hours
    • First time in College students (registration is only available after completing mandatory orientation and advising)
    • Transfer students (registration is only available after completing mandatory orientation and advising)
    • And all above

    May 28 registration open for:

    • Non-degree seeking
    • Transient (students visiting from other colleges for the semester)
    • And all above

    August 10 registration open for:

    • State Employees
    • Senior Citizen Fee Waiver
    • And all above

    Step 4 Payment Deadlines

    Registration fees for any course registered on or before August 17 are due by August 17 before 5:00 p.m. Registration fees for any course registered on or after August 18 are due within 24 hours through August 28. Registration fees for any course registered after August 28 are due by October 14 before 5:00 p.m. Registration fees for any course registered on or after October 15 are due within 24 hours.

Readmission Application

Returning students who have not attended SJR State during the last 12 months MUST submit a readmission application by first selecting "Starting a new application." A new login ID and PIN will be required by selecting “First time user account creation.”
