To be entered to win, participants must provide their full name and contact information at the Open House check-in. Drawing will be for three winners and held on Wednesday, March 12 at 11:00 a.m. on the Orange Park Campus. The winners will be contacted by email. Drawing is open to the public; winner must be 18 years or older to win. Funds are provided in the form of a scholarship and will be applied to winner’s SJR State account by the SJR State Foundation, 5001 St. Johns Avenue | Palatka, FL 32177. No purchase or contribution is necessary.

To complete the application for general admission, you will need your social security number.

Interested in applying for financial aid?
To complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you will need:

Your Social Security Number
Your Driver's License Number
Your Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
Your most recent federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned. (Note: You may be able to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool.)
Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
An FSA ID to sign electronically. (Request FSA ID)

If you are a dependent student, then you will also need most of the above information for your parent(s).
